All bookings must be placed through the Setmore Online Booking Platform.       

Payment will be taken at the point of booking your treatment by Credit or Debit Card through Square.

These details are encrypted, and Holistic Spa Room does not have access to these details.

The cancellation policy is strictly 24 hours for all Clients. If you cancel with 24 hours you will be charged 100% of the cost of your treatment. 

If I do need to cancel a treatment within 24 hours of the start of your appointment I will inform you as soon as possible. Your treatment will be re-booked, and a discount will be given. 

A Consultation will be carried out before each treatment to access your suitability for the treatment, and to discuss your requirements.

A treatment will not go ahead without a completed, signed Consultation Form.

A consultation may form part of your treatment time.

Please dress appropriately for your treatment. 

For Indian Head Massage you will be asked to remove your upper body clothing as the treatment includes massage of the upper back, neck and shoulders, arms.

Underwear must be worn.

Do not bring valuables / jewellery etc to your appointment.

Personal items may not be left on the premises when you leave. Please ensure that you take all your belongings with you. 

Holistic Spa Room is not responsible for personal belongings.

Please do not be late for your appointment. If you are late, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time. The cost of the treatment will remain the same as a full treatment. 

Indian Head Massage – Please be able to remove any hair accessories so I am able to have access to your head / hair / scalp.  

If you do not attend your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the treatment price. 

Be mindful that Holistic Spa Room is in a residential area. Please park politely. Do not block access for other residents. Holistic Spa Room is not responsible for any issues related to parking and is at your own risk.

Please ensure that your phone or any other devices are set to silent during your treatment. 

Special Offers/Promotions/Packages/Gift Vouchers must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable. 

Please check the expiry date on ​Special Offers/Promotions/Packages. Extensions on expiry dates will not be given except in exceptional circumstances.

Holistic Spa Room reserves the right to refuse or terminate a treatment at any time.

You may be liable for payment of the terminated session. 

Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to:

• Medical conditions or illnesses that can affect therapist's health, e.g. Cold, cough, flu etc.
• Medical conditions/issues, e.g. within 6 months of an operation, pregnancy etc.
• Being under the influence of pain killers (over the counter/prescription), alcohol, or other drugs or intoxicants 
• Poor hygiene
• Bringing children to your appointment
• Comments or actions of a sexual nature
• Being rude or disrespectful
• If the treatment is not right for you, and I think you should see your GP/another Health Specialist
• Massage/Holistic treatments are only available if you are over 18. 

Drink plenty of water after your treatment.

Eat a light meal after your treatment.

Relax after your treatment.

Avoid caffeine and alcohol.
